I absolutely LOVE desserts, with that being said I am always trying new and different healthy dessert recipes. This chickpea blondie recipe is by far the best one I’ve come across. It is so delicious and so satisfying, I really recommend you giving it a try.
15 oz can of chickpeas
½ cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
⅓ cup of maple syrup
¼ baking soda
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp of salt
¼ cup of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a food processor add every ingredient except for the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth,
Mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
Scoop batter into an 8x8 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let the blondie cool for about 20 minutes before eating.
