My All-time Favourite Dessert

I absolutely LOVE desserts, with that being said I am always trying new and different healthy dessert recipes. This chickpea blondie recipe is by far the best one I’ve come across. It is so delicious and so satisfying, I really recommend you giving it a try.

The ingredients

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas

  • ½ cup of peanut butter

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup of maple syrup

  • ¼ baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp of salt

  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a food processor add every ingredient except for the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth,

  3. Mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula.

  4. Scoop batter into an 8x8 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Let the blondie cool for about 20 minutes before eating.
