Strong role models who love their bodies, who have worked hard and appreciate the strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, etc. that their body has developed. The opportunity to see yourself develop physically gives you something to be proud of, as your body is able to do more and more things that once seemed impossible for you.

As an athlete who has worked so hard to get to the point of health at which you are at then pushes you to healthier life choices. You have worked so hard to get to where you are and you want take care of yourself and your body.
