Quick and Easy Blend

Here is a quick easy snack you can blend up in a second! This incredibly yummy smoothie is frozen kale and is blended with banana, almond milk, and protein-rich hemp seeds. It is very delicious and gives a great boost in energy!

Banana, Kale, and Almond Milk Smoothie

Prep Time: 3 Mins                                                                              Total Time: 3 Mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh kale

  • 3/4 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, kale, almond milk, and hemp seeds to a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until super smooth and green. You may need to add in additional almond milk or water if you don't have a high-powered blender.

This smoothie has roughly around 200 calories, 5g of fibre, 5g protein, and 4g of fat.

I have been drinking this creamy green smoothie for the past couple of weeks. I really like it because it is extremple simple to make. It is also healthy, full of nutrients, and gives me a great amount of energy.
