Covid-19 came as a big surprise for us all. It started as something we heard about and within a matter of weeks, it became something that will have lasting affects for the foreseeable future. This resulted in many people building bad habits. Soon after quarantine began, I developed a routine to keep myself physically active and healthy through it all. To keep things interesting, I change up my workouts very often. Today I’m going to be sharing one of my favorite at-home workouts. I originally created this workout as an assignment for a fitness course I took, it consists of 2 upper body exercises, 2 lower body exercises, and 2 core exercises. Remember INTENSITY is key!

You can modify and change this workout to make it your very own and it can be done as many times during the week as you would like!
