Get to Know Aazib!

Hi, my name is Aazib Pervez, I am 19 years old and I am currently a second year student at the University of Guelph-Humber for Justice Studies. This is my first experience with Beat the Streets and I am very excited to have this opportunity as a volunteer coordinator to work with the youth and encourage them to chase their dreams. I am a very extroverted person although at first it may seem that I am a bit shy but once I get to know everyone and start easing into everything, I’m very outgoing and easygoing as well! I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, playing basketball and even watching basketball. I'm a huge Toronto Raptors fan. I am very excited to be a part of the Beat the Streets team and I hope I can make my first experience with this team enjoyable with everyone along the way!
