Mango Smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango

  • 1 banana

  • ½ milk dairy or dairy-free

  • ½ yogurt dairy or dairy-free


Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of halved strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • ½ milk dairy or dairy-free

  • ½ yogurt dairy or dairy-free



Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2, cups water

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 green apple

  • ¼ avocado 

  • 2 tbsp protein powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ½ banana
